Para manejar adecuadamente a un paciente con esta enfermedad, los síntomas y signos deben evaluarse clínicamente en su totalidad, y se deben realizar pruebas adicionales para hacer un diagnóstico preciso. Los factores desencadenantes del asma bronquial en el paciente son los alergenos ambientales como el polvo y moho que está expuesto por su trabajo como albañil además de estar expuesto también al humo del cigarrillo y estos son causantes de la exacerbación del asma bronquial.
