Tilføj Tag | Summary: | This research is conducted to know about the factors which are an impediment for the development of ecotourism in La Industria area of the Urdaneta canton. It is focused on presenting opportunities for the upgrade of tourist activities in the rural area of the Los Ríos province. To achieve this objective, data was collected with instruments such as the survey and interview as well as the SWOT of the area. The results found show that the limiting factors of ecotourism in the sector are the ignorance of the inhabitants of their natural and cultural resources, lack of information on how to take advantage of the resources and the limited interest of the sectional authorities in supporting tourism development in the location It is important to indicate that this study has the purpose to strengthen the activities carried out in the area and taking care of natural and cultural resources what will contribute to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. The adaptation of the tourist infrastructure will give a better presentation of their services to the tourists who visit this town, in this way the economic development of the families of the enclosure will be potentiated. |
