The subline of applied research is Financial Management, Taxation and Social Commitment. The Procedures to be used in this work are descriptive; financial information on the credit portfolio of the institution, policies and regulations, PCs and internet browsers. The analysis procedures focused on the credit portfolio of the savings and credit union San Antonio LTDA, were: inductive, deductive and analytical. Accompanied by other methods such as: Observation, Interview and bibliographic review. Each institution has different rules and procedures, but the same faced, to some extent the same, problems in this case. Common problems during the study period that were selected are all affected by the overcrowding caused by the COVID19 pandemic, which made any kind of economic activity impossible. |
