Sumari:In the present case study the descriptive method was applied which was applied to me through the description of the problem, the conceptualization of the variables, the analysis of the data obtained by means of the research technique with their respective tools so as to be able to give adequate conclusions and feasible recommendations, in the line of research employed in this case study entitled inventory management of the company Wineswin of the city of Babahoyo is the financial, administrative, tax management, audit and control, because the inventory is being analysed, which includes the financial and administrative part of the company; the subline that has been taken for this work is the financial management, tax and social commitment which is applied in the analysis of inventories because it is necessary to know the quantity of products that exist in the company to understand or interpret its profit and loss results, taxes or rents are also paid. Consequently, an investigation of all the factors involved in the inventory management of the company Wineswin resulted in the following results: The manager indicated that new strategies have been implemented in the company in order to lower the costs that are invested in the replenishment due to the high prices that suppliers leave the goods, among the strategies that have been put in place says the manager is to contact new suppliers who sell more economical products or make discounts so that they can apply inside the company discounts on the different products and be able to compete in the market.
