Considering the above situation want to know what is the clinical behavior, clinical course and major complications of acute cases handled by Toxoplasma Gondii infections in the outpatient population older than 18 years Precinct The Volante Canton Babahoyo? In general, the survey results reveal the presence of immunoglobulins to Toxoplasma gondii by 38%, mostly in cases of acute acquired toxoplasmosis in immunocompetent patients without symptoms. In addition exist little control and surveillance in pets that have the resident of El Volante, causing predisposition pets in touch with Toxoplasma Gondii by eating contaminated food, besides caring for the preparation of foods it is necessary. As an alternative solution proposed an action plan was implemented in order to prevent acute infections caused by Toxoplasma Gondii in Precinct the Volante Canton Babahoyo, receiving satisfaction with the information gained from the training.
