Summary: | The skin is the largest organ in the body, it protects from external agents, from heat and cold, from air and elements, from bacteria, it is impermeable, it even removes some waste from the body, therefore, this shows how important is to take care of the skin, something that many people ignore. The skin is affected by all aspects of life, from what each person eats to the place where he lives. Healthy skin is better able to fight the signs of aging, heal much faster and better prevent any disease. Having a discipline to care for and protect our face from external factors such as sun, pollution, cigarettes and poor diet, allows us to look younger, eliminate toxins in our body and prevent certain diseases and infections that are common in the dermis, like pimples, pimples and some types of dermatitis. Proper skin care is not just about looking good, it's about keeping it healthy. Bad habits in skin care can cause rashes, sores, acne and wrinkles. Sick skin is more susceptible to disease, infection and is more likely to heal after a wound. Skin care is very important from any age, not only to prevent skin diseases that can affect a certain age, but also because the earlier you start with skin care, the more you can delay the aging and other health problems |
