Confianza en los medios digitales de la población Parroquia Pimocha. Caso informativo digital 2020

In the development of this case study, an analysis of the acceptance of the digital media Informativo Pimocha was carried out, for which the evaluation method of Díaz Noci was considered, which is based on establishing dimensions and parameters that function as indicators. In order to know whether or not the media meets the expectations raised by them, an observation sheet was used as a research tool, the same one that had dimensions such as cooperation, participation, content creation, access to content, socialization and communication, all in an explanatory and descriptive framework analyzing in detail each post during the first semester of 2020. Once the dimensions and parameters such as user-media interaction, user registration, access to information, personalized content channel, use of Web 2.0 tools, among others, have been analyzed, concluding that the digital media "Informative Pimocha ”partially complies with all the dimensions and parameters of posting, being content from other communication pages, but when creating its own content, it receives a lot of welcome, as is the case of the complaint from citizens about the lack of Attention in the Pimocha Health Center, before this it is recommended that a space be created for this type of content not only for the benefit of the development of the website, but also of the community.
