Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | Introduction.- The theme of this research is that in recent years there has been a change in the epidemiology of adolescent pregnancy, which is becoming more frequent and occurring at younger ages, which entails a series of situations that may pose both against the health of the mother as the son's, and become a health problem. Objectives: Study on nursing actions in maternal and fetal risk factors in pregnant adolescents attended in the Health Center 22 de Noviembre in the city of Milagro, province of Guayas. Considering that the nurse has warmth and sufficient pedagogical capacity to motivate and do activities that constitute in improving health in the adolescent sector. Methodology.- Being a quantitative-qualitative research of descriptive-explanatory level of study, 57 pregnant adolescents were taken as a sample by applying survey techniques and a questionnaire of pre-prepared questions. Results.- Pregnant women require greater support and acceptance by the nursing professional, in their state of development as human beings. 70% of adolescents said they have little satisfaction and confidence in dealing with nurses Conclusions. - The prenatal consultation, allows to deliver education to the nursing, strengthening in the pregnant woman feelings of acceptance and identity in her role of motherhood, and awakens bonds of love and responsibility in the couple before the new being. |
