Comportamiento antisocial y su incidencia en las relaciones parentales de un adolescente de 17 años de edad perteneciente a la Unidad Educativa Colon Arteaga García de la Parroquia Ricaurte de Provincia de Manabí

This case study was based on a current problem, given that it can be identified that many adolescents, feeling vulnerable or confused, choose to present maladaptive behaviors, in which they do not know how to respond to demanding situations, for which they choose to develop antisocial behaviors as a defense mechanism to avoid facing their real situation, this is what happens with the person under study, who is a 17-year-old adolescent from Ricaurte Parish, Manabí Province, who is experiencing difficulties within her home such as her mother's catastrophic illness which has no cure, financial problems and poor academic performance. That is why this development study through the use of qualitative methodology and through the use of techniques such as interviews, medical records and psychometric tests, which allowed the assessment of the patient, achieving a diagnosis that meets the criteria of the ICD10 and DSM-V such as F60.2 Antisocial personality disorder [301.7]. It was proposed to develop techniques with cognitive behavioral therapy in order to modify behaviors and thoughts, to improve the family relationship and self-reflection on short and long-term goals.
