Summary:SUMMARY Rice represents one of the main foods for human consumption worldwide. Therefore it is important to investigate the reality of producers as not having a support from the Government for the sale of their crops, so they have no difficulty in maintaining an effective system of marketing their crops. At present, the high costs to carry out the cultivation and production of rice in our country suffers a serious problem: the accelerated rise of inputs such as herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and fertilizers make agricultural activity in this area is driven to seek new forms of cultivation and production that allow small farmers in the area to stimulate further production. The lack of constant training and monitoring of this, coupled with ignorance in the correct placement of the crop in the market, have resulted in less attractive investment in this area every day, adding to these the exogenous factors such as the policies of The government of the moment, in terms of price regulation without taking into account the true costs of production, has caused many farmers to abandon their lands and stop producing, increasing migration to large cities, aggravating the problem of these and increasing unemployment in the country. Rice production is the most important activity in this sector, but it is not the only one, but it is complemented with agricultural production mainly for self-consumption. The system of rice production, is constituted by three production systems, the first is the production system developed, the next corresponds to the production system moderately developed and the third is the basic production system.
