Ansiedad y su afectación en las relaciones familiares de un adulto de 34 años de la ciudad de Babahoyo

This case study was carried out with the objective and goal of determining how anxiety included the affectation in the family relationships of a 34-year-old adult, from the city of Babahoyo, who is a merchant in the seafood market, from the in the same city where he is from, the user presented several symptoms of anxiety, for this reason a psychotherapeutic strategy was managed to recognize what the disorder that caused him discomfort really was. The means that were needed and that were used were obtained, through the five sessions that were made and all the techniques that were applied and the collaboration that there was voluntarily from the patient, in this case study. The two variables that are important in this case study were developed, the first one was specified, which is anxiety, the causes of anxiety, among other descriptions that it presents, as a second variable we have that they are family relationships, that one also has a research axis in this case, due to the incidence that anxiety has on this variable. Instruments and techniques were used to obtain results that are reliable in the interventions of the sessions that are going to be carried out in a certain period of time, if these instruments were not applied, it could not be identified which of the procedures was the one that caused the a change in the patient, in order to be clear about how to demonstrate the results obtained.
