Riassunto: | The local Ferri Aguiar is located in the Montalvo canton and has been developing its activities since 2015, it is dedicated to commercializing hardware products at the retail level, despite being in the local market for several years and having a high degree of acceptance by Part of the inhabitants of this area have problems related to sales management that are evidenced in the growth of their sales, being 34% lower for the year 2020 in relation to the previous period, this is due to the lack of application of the administrative processes to carry out sales management, lack of a sales plan, they do not establish a SWOT matrix, they lack marketing strategies, no market study is developed for the implementation of new products, no control of considering the necessary guidelines, they do not have computer systems that allow the activities to be carried out efficiently and they do not carry out a Sales forecast. This study aims to determine all those factors that intervene in the sale management of the hardware store and later an analysis of each of them will be carried out, determining the corresponding causes and effects through descriptive, analytical and bibliographic methods. to consider the research line of the commercial engineering career, financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and the marketing and commercialization sub-line, added to this the application of interview and survey techniques through the respective interview guide instruments and questionnaire of surveys applied to the owner and internal customers of the company. |
