Omschrijving
Samenvatting:The present case study has been carried out at the "Hermanos Ortega" beer distributor, the central theme of analysis corresponds to the effectiveness in decision-making, where it has been possible to observe problems such as: deficiencies in the basic functions of the administration (planning, organization, direction and control), authoritarian leadership, insufficient personnel at certain times of the year, deteriorated labor relations and the non-allocation of budget for the design and application of strategies aimed at obtaining a better position in the market. The objective of the investigative work is to determine the importance of business decisions for the effective operation of the distribution company being analyzed. The study is of a descriptive type in which the deductive method is used, the research techniques used are the interview and survey, the first directed at the manager of the distributor and the second at the employees who work in the organization. The results obtained reflect that the company needs to make adjustments in terms of administrative management since it is not making the best decisions to help it achieve business growth. The investigation concludes by stating that there is job dissatisfaction on the part of the collaborators; Furthermore, a technical process is not carried out in terms of a market study to improve business conditions
