| Riassunto: | The objective of this work is to develop a clinical case presented by a 10-year-old female patient who enters the emergency area of the Dr. Francisco de Icaza Bustamante Hospital for presenting involuntary movements, paleness, stare and hallucinations. . A complete study is carried out on the symptomatology that the patient presents to analyze the evolution of her clinical picture. Consequently, samples are taken to perform the clinical analyzes that allow to establish the definitive diagnosis of the pathology that affects the patient. This clinical case is also scientifically based, investigating from different bibliographical sources, from the hand of nursing models such as Florence Nightingale, Virginia Henderson, among others. With all the analyzes made to the patient, through the application of methods and techniques of data collection, identifying problems and needs, for the formulation of the nursing diagnoses according to the health problems detected, through the taxonomy of the NANDA The corresponding Nursing Care Process (PAE) is carried out. We developed an adequate follow-up at all times to our patient with autoimmune encephalitis in order to provide adequate care for her to recover satisfactorily. Finally, the patient evolves in an appropriate way, thanks to the collaboration of all the health personnel, mentioning that it is important to promote a correct nursing practice, so that the patient recovers his health status soon. |
