Cuentas por Cobrar en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "San Antonio" Ltda. En la parroquia La Unión período 2022-2023.

Cooperative societies have established themselves as a sustainable and inclusive alternative at an economic and labor level. Cooperatives are known as forms of social organization for work centered on people, which are self-managed, democratic and belong to their members, who direct them with the purpose of generating common well-being, a positive social impact and responding to the needs and requirements of an economic, social, cultural and labor nature. The present investigative work is focused on analyzing the respective credits that financial organizations grant to their clients, the topic examined is accounts receivable in the "San Antonio" Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltda. In the parish of La Unión, period 2022-2023, It consisted of knowing and investigating the policies and procedures for the evaluation of the delivery of credits to those who request, with which it was possible to evaluate the delinquency rate that the cooperative currently has. A mixed approach was used to detail and determine the respective results, which at the end allowed us to carry out a successful investigation, implementing different techniques applied to the head of the Agencia La Unión cooperative, where she provided us with documents and information with which we could fulfill our main objective. The processes and protocols must adjust to the financial practices stipulated by control organizations that will bring future benefits to the cooperative.
