Los objetivos de este caso de estudio son evaluar las estrategias que la empresa a estado aplicando, así como determinar las diversas estrategias que existen, para analizar el impacto que pueden tener en la empresa y así poder clasificar y priorizar el fin que se espera obtener al aplicarlas.
