The research was made in ten treatments by combining three applications bioles and three doses and a witness, using an experimental design complete block design at random (DBCA) with a factorial arrangement A x B + 1, with 10 treatments and 3 repetitions, giving a total of 30 experimental units in a total area of 656 m2, with experimental plots of 12,00 m2 and a total net area of 5.12 m2. efficiency with the bioles and dose rate of engraftment, plant height, stem diameter, yield of green and dry oregano matter, and an economic analysis of each treatment, checking treatment means determined it was performed by the multiple range test of Duncan at 5% probability. The results obtained showed that the cultivation of oregano responded favorably to the application of bioles and dose generating the highest percentage of engraftment, high silver, stem diameter, yield of green matter and dry, which obtained the best net profit, compared to the control without application. That investigation cleared doubts regarding the most appropriate biological and dose that best performance, quality and generate net profit to the farmer, concluding that the cultivation without application does not generate any statistically compared. |

La investigación se efectuó con la finalidad del estudio de la aplicación de tres bioles y tres dosis en el rendimiento de orégano (Origanum vulgare L.), dicha investigación se la realizó en la comunidad de Canchaguano, cantón Montufar, provincia del Carchi, ubicada en las coordenadas geográficas 00° 32´ 39,6´´ de latitud norte y 77° 48´ 40´´, de longitud oeste y a una altitud de 2.852 m.s.n.m, con el objetivo de obtener datos de los resultados de aplicaciones de bioles con dosis altas, medias y bajas, buscando el tratamiento más idóneo para un mejor rendimiento económico. La investigación se la realizó en diez tratamientos por la combinación de tres aplicaciones de bioles y tres dosis y un testigo, utilizando un diseño experimental Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar (DBCA) con un arreglo factorial A x B + 1, con 10 tratamientos y 3 repeticiones, dando un total de 30 unidades experimentales, en una área total de 656 m2, con parcelas experimentales de 12,00 m2, y un área neta de 5,12 m2. Se determinó la eficiencia que tienen los bioles y dosis en porcentaje de prendimiento, altura de planta, diámetro de tallo, rendimiento de materia verde y seca de orégano, y un análisis económico de cada uno de los tratamientos, la comprobación de medias de los tratamientos se realizó mediante la prueba de rango múltiple de Duncan al 5 % de probabilidad. Los resultados que se obtuvo presentaron que el cultivo de orégano respondió favorablemente a la aplicación de bioles y dosis generando el mayor porcentaje de prendimiento, altura de plata, diámetro de tallo, rendimiento de materia verde y seca, el cual obtuvo el mejor beneficio neto, en comparación al testigo sin aplicación.
