Regarding the methodology, this research is experimental under a Completely Random Design (DCA) adapting to the following additive linear model, and using the comparison method through the Tukey 5% test where the test will be applied to the first group with doses of 15 and the second with doses 20 ml of autologous blood for 5 weeks. The results obtained in this research will lead us to know the benefits of treatment with autohemotherapy in cattle, to identify the behavior of lymphocytes and their response in the immune system prior to an increase in them. Key words: Autohemotherapy, autologous blood, lymphocytes, cattle, doseEl presente trabajo de investigación estuvo orientado al estudio y el comportamiento de los linfocitos en bovinos tratados con dosis de autohemoterapia, para resolver la siguiente problemática: ¿Falta de información científica sobre comportamiento de los linfocitos en ganado bovino? El trabajo fue desarrollado en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, en la provincia de los Ríos. El objetivo general de la investigación fue “Identificar el comportamiento de los linfocitos en bovinos de la ganadería FACIAG-UTB tratados con dos dosis de autohemoterapia”. Mediante la metodología de investigación es experimental los sujetos de estudios serán seleccionados con un Diseño Completamente al Azar (DCA) utilizando el método de comparación mediante la prueba Tukey al 5% donde se aplicará la prueba al primer grupo con dosis de 15 y al segundo con dosis 20 ml de sangre autóloga cada 7 días por 5 semanas. Los resultados obtenidos durante la investigación dan a conocer los beneficios del tratamiento con autohemoterapia en bovinos, y a identificar el comportamiento y su respuesta en el sistema inmunológico previamente a un incremento de los linfocitos después del tratamiento.
