Περίληψη:For the present case study, whose analysis and research was taken as a base due to the usual problems that exist in companies and which is a significant indicator that must be understood, since having high indices represents that something is wrong within the organization and that it is necessary to be detected in time to take the appropriate measures and immediately be corrected. In this way, the primary objective of the research is to analyze the causes that cause a high turnover, applying the administrative theories and the theoretical knowledge that are used for this study, according to the subline of research administrative management model, also using the information gathering instruments, such as: survey and interview that allows us to obtain the results that directly contribute to the analysis of the problem. There are various problems; but it is concluded that the work environment directly influences the productivity level of the employees, the salary is a key aspect and of considerable importance because it is a great motivator, the instability that the workers feel generates motivation for not perceiving the benefits social, right that every employee becomes a creditor from their first day of work that is even mandatory, and to end something very important is that all these aspects go hand in hand, since to improve companies they must focus on keeping motivated their personnel in all forms, and these will generate the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity that is needed to achieve your goals.
