| Resumo: | So it can be established that information technologies are essential in the development of communication because a very important role is found through specialization within the field of Didactics and other applied science of Education, referring especially to design, development and application of resources in educational processes, not only in the instructive processes, but also in aspects related to Social Education and other educational fields. These resources refer, in general, especially to computer resources, audiovisual, technological, information and those that facilitate communication. The studies concerning the personal characteristics and the context that influence quality measures based on professional competences are less developed both internationally and nationally. The literature reviewed indicates that the methodologies used have considered the qualification obtained by the teacher in the evaluations of his performance as a direct and true measurement of his teaching ability, without taking into account the fact that said ability is in fact an unobservable variable. , measured with a certain degree of and determined, in part, by the group that undergoes the evaluation and by the selection of questions that the teacher must answer. The teaching centers can contribute with their facilities and their educational actions through courses and / or workshops to be developed with topics related to ICT to collectives that could otherwise be marginalized. To this end, in addition to ensuring the necessary digital literacy of all its students, they will facilitate access to computer equipment during after-school hours to students who do not have a computer at home and require it as a result of student learning. |
