The tests essential for the diagnosis of COVID 19 were performed. During this clinical study through the nursing assessment by functional patterns, Nursing Diagnosis, Planning of the results and the intervention of activities, the care plans that were directed were elaborated In the main problems that were discovered through the interview, improving the patient's health status together with their medical treatment, complications such as premature birth were also established. Education was provided to the family and their patient about the care that they should follow at home, plus isolation. A surgical intervention for cesarean section was scheduled on June 30, 2020. |

A surgical intervention for cesarean section was scheduled on June 30, 2020.El COVID 19 conocido como el SARS-COV-2 que se identifico en cada país de todo el mundo influyendo la pandemia que aun permanece en nivel altos de incidencia en la tasa de mortalidad, la principal caracteristica de este virus es afectar el sistema respiratorio ocasionando complicaciones en los diferentes órganos, este contagio se inicio en la ciudad de Wuhan a finales del 2019 e inicios del 2020 hasta la fecha de hoy, siendo su afección en personas vulnerables como adultos mayores. En el siguiente estudio de caso presentaremos la historia clinica de una paciente embarazada con 37.5 semanas de gestación con un cuadro sintomatológico de tos, fiebre, disnea con una saturación de 93%. Se realizo los examanes indispensables para el diagnostico de COVID 19. En el transcurso de este estudio clinico por medio de la valoración enfermero por patrones funcionales, Diagnóstico Enfermero, Planificación de los resultado y La intervención de actividades se elaboro los planes de cuidado que estuvieran dirijidos en los principales problemas que se descubrió mediante la entrevista, mejorando el estado de salud del paciente junto con su tratamiento medico, tambien se establecio las complicaciones como el parto prematuro. Se le brindo la educación a la familia y su paciente sobre los cuidados que deben seguir en casa mas el aislamiento.
