Resumo:VIII. SUMMARY The investigation was made in the lands of the experimental farm Palmar of the Ability of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located in the km 12,5 of the road Babahoyo-Montalvo. Nine treatments and three repetitions were investigated. The objective of this investigation was to evaluate the agronomic behavior of of the rice with the application of nutrition programs to foliate with zinc, to determine the most influential product on the production of the rice. The crops of rice was made with the varieties INIAP-FL-1480 Crystalline in parcels of 16 m2. The treatments were distributed at random in a design of complete blocks. For the evaluation of stockings the test was used from Tukey to 5 % significance. The studied variabilyti were: height of plants, plants number for m2, grains for panícule, longitude and number of panicule m2, days to flowering, days to crop, number of grains for panicule, relationship grain/foliate, weight 1000 seeds, yield for hectare, analysis to foliate and economic analysis. The results showed that the agronomic variables: plant height, plants number, panicule/m2, panicule longitude, grains for panicule, grain weight and yield for hectare, presented statistical significance. The variable days to flowering, days to crop and relationship grain/foliate, they didn't have significane. The biggest yield in the cultivation (8083,43 kg/ha) it was presented applying Promet Zinc in dose of 1,0 L/ha. Key words: fertilizer, foliar, zinc, rice cultivation.
