Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | Obesity and overweight in pregnant women are a serious public health problem worldwide. Metabolic disorders characterized by excessive accumulation of body fat significantly increase the risk of pregnancy complications affecting both mother and fetus. The research study aims to evaluate nutritional care in overweight pregnant women and its relationship with gestational complications at the Santiago de Guayaquil health center in the period October 2024 to May 2025. A quantitative research methodology will be used. deductive, basic non-experimental, documentary, descriptive and transversal. The information will be collected through the inspection and evaluation of the database that will be provided by the statistics department of the health center, selection of participants for the study will be made up of patients who meet the requirements established in the research and according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings will be presented through tables and graphs that will organize the results according to the stated objectives. Finally, conclusions and recommendations will be drawn up based on the research objectives. |
