El presente estudio de caso se lo realizo mediante la aplicación de la investigación de campo, el método cuantitativo y además se implementó una encuesta como instrumento de recolección de información, lo que ayudo a comprender la problemática y a plantear conclusiones relevantes en la investigación. Además, los sustentos teóricos sirvieron para una mejor comprensión de la situación problemática.
