Shrnutí:This present case study was developed in the Brisas del Cristal water purifier located in the Montalvo canton belonging to the province of Los Ríos, 25th street, Velasco Ibarra intersection, in front of the 10 de Agosto national school, with the purpose of identifying the internal factors and premieres to find out the causes that affect its low profitability, to propose strategies that help maximize sales in the organization. The sales levels for a company dedicated to commercial activity are the fundamental basis for the business, since it allows decision making, in addition, it is important to mention that the sales levels are the quantity or value associated with the number of products , goods or services sold during a period of time, taking into account that it is not a relationship to directly measure the monetary value, it is a sale that contributes to the finances of the business. In the investigation carried out in the Brisas de Cristal water purifier, I show the following results, it does not have marketing strategies such as the use of advertising on social networks, which help the profitability of the company.
