Shrnutí:Obstetric complications in multiparous pregnant women with previous cesarean sections have been the subject of increasing interest and study in recent years, that is, multiparous pregnant women with a history of previous cesarean sections face significant risks. For this reason, it is intended to carry out this research, which aims to determine obstetric complications in multiparous pregnant women with previous cesarean sections attended at the Liborio Pancha Sotomayor Santa Elena General Hospital, period September 2023 - August 2024. The study applied a descriptive-prospective method methodology. . , with a quantitative, non-experimental-cross-sectional approach; Their sample was made up of 79 multiparous patients who have been treated in the obstetrics-gynecology area and presented obstetric complications. According to the results of the research, it was found that among the most common obstetric complications was postpartum hemorrhage, and of its comorbidities that preexist in multiparous women with previous cesarean sections, it was evident that it was gestational hypertension, considering it necessary to efficiently manage the protocol that in the The institution maintains control of these complications.
