Por ello se pretende realizar la presente investigación que tiene como objetivo determinar las complicaciones obstétricas en gestantes multíparas con cesáreas anteriores atendidas en el Hospital General Liborio pancha Sotomayor Santa Elena, periodo septiembre 2023 – agosto 2024. El estudio aplicó una metodología de método descriptivo-prospectivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental- transversal; su muestra estuvo conformada por 79 pacientes multíparas que han sido atendidas en el área de gineco-obstetricia y presentaron complicaciones obstétricas.
