He went to the Martin Icaza General Hospital to the emergency area because he presented signs and symptoms of paleness, blindness, and fainting that characterizes him as Dizziness. For which he refers that he does not have an established or indicated treatment to control his pathology, in terms of relevant biochemical tests, his glycosylated hemoglobin values are outside normal parameters, which reveals that the patient has uncontrolled diabetes. |

La paciente es de sexo femenino de 47 años de edad, pesa 71 kg y su talla es de 1.50 metros. Se la valoró con medidas antropométrica y nos indica un diagnostico nutricional de obesidad grado l ya que su índice de masa corporal es de 31 kg/m2. La paciente fue diagnosticada con Diabetes Mellitus tipo 2 hace 7 años. Acude al Hospital General Martin Icaza, al área de emergencia por que presenta signos y síntomas, como palidez, ceguera y desmayo, que lo caracteriza como mareo.
