Add Tag | Summary: | The present research work was carried out in the commercial "RICARDITO JR" of the San Juan Parish, in which the main objective is to determine the distribution of functions. This paper aims to explain the importance of assigning activities, for reasons that workers are not satisfied with the delegation of functions, which is why a study was carried out to understand what are the problems that this disagreement entails. At the same time, provide training according to the area of operation and thus improve employee performance, such as satisfaction, teamwork and training. This research contains a qualitative and quantitative methodology. Finally, there are the results obtained with precise references due to the techniques that were applied until reaching the conclusion. |
