En este trabajo se pretende explicar la importancia de la asignación de las actividades, por motivos a que los trabajadores no están satisfechos con la delegación de las funciones, es por esto que se efectuó un estudio para comprender cuales son los problemas que acarrea esta disconformidad, al mismo tiempo brindar capacitaciones de acuerdo al area de funcionamiento y de este modo mejorar el desempeño de los empleados, tales como la satisfacción, trabajo en equipo y capacitación. Esta investigación contiene una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa.
