In addition, a technical, operational and economic feasibility study was carried out to verify whether the implementation of this mobile application for the use of the "San Fernando" Cooperative is feasible.En la presente investigación se dará a conocer sobre el Estudio de Factibilidad para la Implementación de una App móvil taxi service de transporte urbano para la Cooperativa “San Fernando” de la ciudad de Babahoyo, como primer punto se realizó un breve antecedente sobre las diferentes App que existen como las aplicaciones móviles, teléfonos inteligentes, las plataformas UniTaxi, Cabify, Uber, debido a que estas son de vital importancia para el desarrollo de la posible nueva implementación app móvil Taxi Service, cabe mencionar que se encuentra detallado los puntos de concentración de la mala coordinación inequitativamente de las unidades de taxi, por lo cual se abarca sobre los días en que existe mayor congestionamiento vehicular como son las festividades, feriados, y las horas pico.
