Özet:The nursing process in the care practice is a methodological tool that allows to provide care in a rational, logical and systematic way, focusing on human responses and providing the nursing professional with an opportunity to identify altered functional patterns of health in the person. The conceptual framework for the elaboration of the present Clinical Nursing Case was the supplementary and complementary theory of Virginia Henderson. This intervention was based on meeting the limitations of the person related to health and strengthening the capacities. The taxonomy of the American Association of Nursing Diagnostics (NANDA), the Classification of Nursing Interventions (NIC) and the Classification of Nursing Outcomes (NOC) were applied.
