The clinical case deals with a 67-year-old female patient living in the rural area of Barreiro viejo with a personal pathological history of pneumonia in adolescence who is transferred to the emergency room due to respiratory distress for more than 5 months, which has increased more than 5 days ago and is very agitated. A physical examination, chest x-ray, and blood count are performed, which determines its diagnosis as community-acquired pneumonia disease occurs mainly in children and adults. |
