In the methodology, the qualitative, quantitative and documentary approach was used, in a descriptive manner. The information was requested through the owner of the company, where an interview with questions based on the financial department was applied to the owner of the company. Having as results the variations in income and operational expenses, through financial indicators of profitability, thus verifying the decrease in income and the increase in expenses. It can be taken into account that the company has a financial record and accounting programs that allow taking into account the income and expenses of operations, carrying out an accounting analysis, through the financial indicators of profitability, to know the real state of the company. |
