The study concludes that the development of entrepreneurship for UTB tourism graduates is a medium level due to the factors already mentioned.El presente estudio trata sobre el análisis de los factores que impiden a los profesionales del turismo de la UTB, el desarrollo de emprendimientos turísticos en los estudiantes graduados de Turismo de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, se utilizó una investigación tipo cualitativa aplicando una encuesta para recopilar datos de muestra a 11 graduados en distintos periodos de la Universidad técnica de Babahoyo, que fue de mucha utilidad el 80% fue de género femenino y 20% de género masculino, en un rango de edad de 20 a 25 años se determina que unos de los factores principales es la falta de financiamiento, capacitaciones escasas, limitaciones de experiencia, un apoyo de institución débil, y cultura de riesgos. Poco son los que cuentan con un emprendimiento, pero en sector turístico. Se propone estrategias para superar los obstáculos, como creando variedad de programas de capacitación, un desarrollo de incubaciones de empresas y promoción de espíritu emprendedores.
