Sumario:This research work studies customer service at the Maria Auxiliadora Pharmacy in the city of Babahoyo. Its objective is to determine the causes that have generated poor customer service at the Pharmacy. The need to investigate the case study is due to the drawbacks evidenced such as the lack of training for the staff, the delay in serving clients, the lack of knowledge of the staff in the storage of supplies and medicines, among others. Factors that caused the business not to meet the objectives set. The research methodology that was applied was that of collecting information, which was accompanied by two instruments such as the interview and the survey, through which it was possible to verify the real problems that are arising in the María Auxiliadora Pharmacy.
