| Summary: | As the population grows technology advances, in order to provide the world with ease in the development and social and economic performance of the activities to be carried out. This is why the public and private sector must update their systems in the quality of services for their consumers. Therefore, in the existence of this type of improvement, the communities have confidence in the application of new strategies in the public procedures that help the continuous work for the implementation of modern projects or systems that benefit their sector. Bearing in mind that one of the important factors for the current community is the provision of drinking water, which, no matter how small, must have the necessary services to carry out their daily activities. It is true that water is an essential element for life since it is used by the population for human consumption, personal cleanliness, food preparation, cleaning activities, and it is currently applied for the generation of electric energy. In the same way that the use of water has evolved, it must also serve for the supply of water in the rural and urban sectors of a community. The present case study is a problem with the Self-financed Public Management for the Administration of the potable water service in the Municipal GAD of the Mocache canton, Province of Los Ríos, which has as main objective the coverage of the supply of drinking water to the whole population of the canton Mocache; in addition the project of implementation of an integral system of potable water for the urban and rural sectors that is composed the same that is composed in storage, pumping, connections, underground pipes, etc. |
