Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | The consumption of snuff is one of the main risk factors of several chronic diseases, such as cancer and lung and cardiovascular diseases, within lung diseases caused by smoking we have emphysema which is a chronic disease of the lungs in that the structures known as alveoli or air sacs inflate excessively. The objective of this project is to determine the incidence of smoking in the development of pulmonary emphysema in older adults of the Puerta Negra citadel. The elaboration of this project was based on the inductive method and the method of analysis. It is believed that, with the execution of the current proposal, it will reach the consciousness of older adults under study. The results show that 71% of people have become an active population in the consumption of snuff and that cigarette smoking is the main factor to cause respiratory diseases, 80% of this group consumes one or more packs of cigarettes up to date. |
