The Rural Parochial GAD of Pimocha, is a Decentralized Autonomous Government, whose primary objective is to promote the sustainable development of its society, guaranteeing an optimization in the lifestyle of each individual. The budget appears as one of the main axes, for the fulfillment of its purposes, which was highly damaged due to the health crisis in 2020, suffering such a severe effect that it had to be limited to cover the requests it had. of the health sector, since it was the area that was mostly compromised. hrough this analytical research, the impact of the GAD budget is studied, due to the pandemic at its peak, analyzing the year in question where the events related to the spreading virus took place, and the post-pandemic that includes the year 2021, demonstrating the incidence that these events caused in rural State agencies, which depend to a greater extent on the financing granted by the central management, for which financial tools are used that allow obtaining convincing results.
