Good relations with users can be a real competitive advantage as contemporary business environments are emerging increasingly more uniform in the use of advanced information and marketing of products, but differ significantly in their treatment offered customers. Attention is the second step of the technical process and proceeds from the sale of curiosity achieved in the presentation. In a good presentation prospect it comes to develop a degree of curiosity that call attention is "the desire to know the prospect and find something" to this from a psychological point of view is called pre-attention. Visual health services is being marked today by focusing on increasingly, high level of customer service, this trend is evolving towards managing relationships with more than just customer service customers. An adequate design of customer service is a prerequisite to work for a proper business competitiveness. Narrowing the gap between the service provided and perceived today essential objective of the organizations, reducing this gap is only possible through an adequate level of organization of the logistics system, which is why it is recognized that the design of service customer is the starting point for the design of logistics systems. This paper presents a general procedure for the design of visual health service is presented to satisfy users IESS Hospital of Babahoyo, a tool for analyzing enhancing the value of products and services and a set of case studies allow the reader to form a clearer idea of the importance and need for a design of competitive customer service.
