The objective of this study is to describe the types of acute lung edema, as well as to analyze the predisposing risk factors, in addition to analyzing the ventilatory strategies applied in it and describing the pathophysiological clinical manifestations and their treatment guidelines. In the follow-up of this clinical case, it was obtained as a result that the patient responded favorably both to the establishment of the ventilatory strategy applied as well as to the pharmacological medical treatment. |

En la radiografía de tórax se muestran imágenes típicas de un edema agudo de pulmón por lo que requirió asistencia ventilatoria para ayudar a mejorar sus síntomas entre otros medicamentos como diuréticos del asa para el progreso de su patología. Este estudio tiene por objetivo describir los tipos de edema agudo de pulmón, así como analizar los factores de riesgo predisponentes, además de analizar las estrategias ventilatoria aplicadas en el mismo y describir las manifestaciones clínicas fisiopatológicas y sus pautas de tratamiento.
