El control es un aspecto fundamental y sensible en la Gestión de las empresas, teniendo como propósito proveer de los materiales necesarios para su desenvolvimiento ininterrumpido. Podemos observar que en la empresa DISMERO S.A. se dan ciertas anomalías tales como: la utilización de criterios arbitrarios para calificar la calidad de un producto, se facilita prácticas deshonestas y se obstaculiza la labor técnica con respecto al control.
