Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | The Santiago Oquendo vulcanizer is a company that is dedicated to the repair of tires and the commercialization of products inherent to the economic activity, it is located in the San Juan parish, as this venture is the product of the scarcity of resources, it has been developed over the course of the time empirically, which has led to making mistakes and developing managerial and technical activities lacking in vision and transformation; For this reason, this research aims to evaluate the innovation process in the vulcanizer during the period 2022; The methodology is based on the deductive and inductive methods through a process of analysis through the use of strategic tools and correlation of variables that resulted in threats and weaknesses being greater than strengths and opportunities, concluding that although the situation is good, according to the weighting map, there is a high tendency to be an unattractive business to invest in and it could even go bankrupt if it continues like this. For this reason, it is recommended to generate continuous improvement processes aimed at personnel, technicians, administrators, and changes in the infrastructure to offer better service. |
