When analyzing the communication strategies that are established in the company, a marketing arises that unfolds the field of SMEs in a defined communication channel that uses digital media that is shown and occurs daily, either to promote communication in different audiences with whom they interact, as a commercial opportunity or to reinforce their image or positioning. In the focus of the strategies of SMEs in Cantón Buena Fe, they recognize digital marketing as a tool for their products or services where they use the potential of communication with customers through platforms, which are useful for their companies. We can say that attracting potential customers is not an easy task, but they give us a marketing analysis that uses communication strategies and that establish the power of content and its management, so that small and medium-sized companies can compete with the big brands in terms of positioning and web explosion.
