Cuenta inventario en la empresa Agroproduzca s.a durante el período 2019-2020

The company Agroproduce SA is an entity dedicated to the sale and marketing of agricultural products and machinery, this company is located in the city of Guayaquil, the organization has several clients inside and outside the city, which makes it a company well known. But in recent years it has had a significant decline both in its sales, as well as in the acquisition of products, reasons for which this case study was carried out, the company Agroproduce S.A presents some shortcomings due to the fact that it does not do a proper control of the inventory account and by not having a control system, it is very difficult to carry out an adequate and correct control of it, thus affecting the direct operation of the company, affecting its income and expenses. The personnel of the sales area and the accounting area are not doing a good job either, having a low performance both in sales and in the management of the accounting part of the company, it is for this reason that adequate personnel must be hired for each position, highly trained personnel to perform correctly in the entity, if the company Agroproduce SA does not make the respective corrections, both the proper use of its inventories and of its sales and accounting personnel can present catastrophic problems for the organization.
