The main objective is the analysis of the economic importance of the coffee industry in Ecuador. An investigative methodology was proposed with a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope. Furthermore, for the preparation of this document, information was collected through the analysis, synthesis and summary of websites, virtual libraries and scientific articles. The coffee industries are of great importance to the economy in Ecuador, the coffee we sell is of high quality.
