The investigation was carried out based on the administrative management model, in order to know the administrative process of the institution and obtain information related to the problems of this case study. The objective is to know the factors that influence the attention of users in the cadastre department in the Municipal GAD of Canton Palestine, the good treatment that should be given to users helps them to consider that they are giving them importance and solution timely to your requirements, this will also allow the institution to recover its image before the inhabitants, offering a quality service.
