Opis
Izvleček:The following clinical case study was applied in a male patient with a clinical picture of fever of 38ºC, abdominal distension, hyporexia, asthenia, pallor and abundant liquid stools. When taking vital signs, blood pressure of 102/62 mmHg, heart rate of 76 bpm, respiratory rate of 18 rpm, temperature of 38.1 ° C, oxygen saturation of 98% were evident. The patient had a pathological history of Crohn's disease, not specified, with a medical order for endoscopy. Palpation revealed a soft, depressible abdomen, painful in the area of the right iliac fossa. A complete blood count, abdominal ultrasound and immediate endoscopy were ordered. After obtaining the results, a definitive diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis was confirmed. The nursing assessment was carried out using Marjory Gordon's eleven functional patterns as the main tool to identify the dysfunctional patterns that compromise the patient's health status and to be able to treat them based on the Nursing Care Process that will be provided during their hospital stay.
