Summary:When talking about factors that affect children's behaviors and is in the process of teaching learning, it is necessary to review the various factors involved in the educational act, so it is revealed in context or classroom and its relationship with the learning environment, its access to technology, lighting, ventilation and the possibility of access to information and communication technologies either to analyze updated information or to use technological tools that motivate the active participation of school activities and thereby adapt the behaviors presented. For the realization of the present case study, a non-experimental investigation was chosen by not manipulating its cross-sectional variables because it is limited to a specific space and time, with a qualitative approach by limiting itself by observing and analyzing the behavior of those involved with It relates the intervening variables, with analytical and synthetic methods to analyze and deduce the respective conclusions, and as a data collection technique the interview that will be carried out to the teacher of the institution with open-ended questions, the same one that showed that the institution does not offer Access to information and communication technologies for the teaching-learning process, teachers are not creative and classes without access to technology lack up-to-date information and students are discouraged by not being able to connect and interact with each other.
