Gestión administrativa de la Compañía de Transporte Pesado Tonka Trucks Company Tonkatrucks S.A. del Cantón Urdaneta de la provincia de Los Ríos periodo 2023.

This case study was carried out in the Heavy Transport Company TONKA TRUCKS COMPANY – TONKATRUCKS S.A., seeking to learn about aspects of administrative management and understanding that proper management allows companies to meet their goals. For this reason, the general objective was: To analyze the administrative management of the company TONKA TRUCKS COMPANY TONKATRUCKS S.A., to improve its service. The methodology was descriptive, using the deductive and inductive method, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, techniques such as the survey and the interview were used, which were complemented with the MEFI tool. The results showed that there is poor administrative management, products of problems such as poor planning, lack of specialized personnel, lack of control and poor internal communication; which directly affects the quality of the service provided by the company. The research line was taken into account: Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management; The research subline: Public and private companies and institutions was also considered.
